- We scan every new destination URL with Google Safe Browsing before the link goes live.
- We review critical abuse reports within 2 hours.
- We disable confirmed phishing and malware links immediately upon verification.
- We do not sell customer data to third parties.
- All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. No plain-HTTP connections are accepted.
- We publish system status for link redirects, API, dashboard, and billing at awsys.co/status.
Transparency note: We are not currently SOC 2 certified. We operate on Google Cloud Infrastructure (Cloud Run, Firebase, Cloud Firestore) and rely on Google's security controls. We will pursue formal certification as the platform scales.
