Giveaway terms
"Free Pro for a year — first 13 who migrate" · Conditional offer · Version 1
These terms govern the promotional offer run by Alpha Wave Systems ("AWSYS.CO", "we") on awsys.co. Plain language on purpose: if anything here is unclear, write to us before you take part.
1. What the offer is
This is a conditional offer, not a lottery, raffle, sweepstake or draw. There is no element of chance and no purchase. The first 13 eligible people who complete the qualifying steps while spots remain receive a free subscription: the first 3 receive the Pro plan and the next 10 receive the Starter plan, in the order in which they qualify.
2. Who can take part
Anyone aged 18 or over who creates a new AWSYS.CO account during the offer period shown on the giveaway page. Accounts created before the offer period started are not eligible. Employees and contractors of Alpha Wave Systems and their household members are not eligible. Where local law prohibits this kind of offer, it is void.
3. How to qualify
Complete all three steps: (1) create an account during the offer period, (2) verify the email address on the account, (3) create your first short link — either by shortening a URL from your verified account or by completing an import from another provider. The moment of qualification is the moment your first link is successfully created, recorded by our servers.
4. Spots and order
There are exactly 13 spots: 3 Pro and 10 Starter. Pro spots are assigned first, then Starter, strictly in the order people qualify. Once all 13 are assigned the offer ends automatically, even if the offer period has not finished. A live count of remaining spots is shown on the giveaway page and may lag by up to a minute.
5. The prize
The winning plan is applied to your account automatically — there is no code to enter and no card to add. It lasts 12 months from the moment you qualify. After 12 months the plan is not renewed automatically: you may continue at the then-current standard price by adding a payment method, or your account returns to the Free plan. Every link you created keeps working either way. The prize has no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged or combined with other offers, and is not redeemable for money.
6. One per person
One prize per person and per verified email address. Creating multiple accounts, using disposable or shared email addresses, automation, or any attempt to bypass the qualification steps disqualifies every account involved. We may void, revoke or reassign a prize obtained through abuse, misrepresentation or breach of our Terms of Service, at our sole reasonable discretion.
7. Dates and changes
The offer period, including its start and end dates, is displayed on the giveaway page. We may end the offer early once all spots are assigned, or suspend it if fraud, a technical fault or a legal requirement makes that necessary. Prizes already granted are not affected by an early end.
8. Data
We process your account email and the timestamp of your first link to run the offer, and we notify winners by email. A one-way hash of your email is kept to enforce the one-per-person rule. Everything else follows our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time; account and billing email is unaffected.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AWSYS.CO is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not recorded because of network failures, email delivery problems (including verification email landing in spam) or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and, where our Terms of Service specify otherwise, by those Terms. Questions about the offer: open a support ticket from your account settings or write to support@awsys.co.
