White-Label 404
ProRequires a Pro or Builder plan and a verified custom domain
What is White-Label 404?
When a visitor navigates to a slug that does not exist on your custom domain, AWSYS.CO normally shows a default "Link not found" page. With White-Label 404 you can replace this with a fully customised error page that displays your own logo, colours, headline text, and a link back to your website — so visitors never see any AWSYS.CO branding when an error occurs on your domain.
Requirements
White-Label 404 requires a Pro or Builder plan and at least one verified custom domain. The feature is configured per domain, so each domain can have its own unique 404 page. You set the page content through the Custom Domains settings, not through individual link settings.
Step-by-step: Configure a white-label 404 page
- Ensure your custom domain is already verified — see the Custom Domains article if not.
- Go to Settings → Custom Domains and click on the domain you want to customise.
- Scroll to the 404 Page section and click Customise.
- Upload or link your logo URL (PNG or SVG recommended; hosted at a publicly accessible URL).
- Enter a headline (e.g., "Link not found") and a body message (e.g., "This link may have expired or been removed.").
- Enter a Back to home URL — the URL your branded button links to (typically your main website).
- Choose a background colour and text colour using the colour pickers or by entering hex codes.
- Click Save. Visit a nonexistent slug on your domain to preview the result.

Common questions
Does the white-label 404 page show for expired links?
Yes. Expired links, deleted links, and slugs that were never created all trigger the 404 page on your custom domain. The AWSYS.CO branded default page only appears on the awsys.co domain.
Can I use a completely custom HTML page instead?
The white-label 404 uses a pre-built template that you customise with your own content and colours. Full custom HTML upload is not supported, but the template is clean and minimal enough to fit most brand styles.
Can I configure different 404 pages for different domains?
Yes. Each custom domain has its own independent 404 page configuration. If you have two custom domains, each can have a completely different branded error page.
Is there a way to redirect to a URL instead of showing an error page?
Yes. Instead of configuring the white-label template, you can set a 404 redirect URL in the domain settings. All unmatched slugs on that domain will redirect to that URL rather than showing any error page at all.
